1. Exchange of goods:
All products can be returned within 14 days after receipt. Shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer. All returns need to be professionally packed. The goods have to be in perfect condition. Carriage forward cannot be accepted.
2. Money-back-guarantee:
Should you not be satisfied with the goods, they can be returned within two weeks. You can decide, whether you prefer money-back guarantee, or if you want to order another item. Please give us your instructions via e-Mail. The money is credited back to your credit card, if you decide to have your money back. Please inform us by e-mail.
3. Shipping costs:
The costs for shipping include postage and packing.

4. Delivery time:
Delivery time depends on the destination. It takes approx. EU 4-5 days, to the USA and other countries 6-10 days until you receive the goods. As a rule we carry out your order the same day we receive it, or at the latest, the following day. If products are not available, we will inform you immediately by e-mail. Please note holidays and Sundays. Additionally the 25 of April and the 2nd of June are National holidays.
5. Mode of shipping:
Shipping is carried out due to the size of package either by post or forwarder DPD – UPS – SDA – BARTOLINI).
6. Payment:
For Countries of the European Union: You can make a payment in advance by bank transfer after receiving the pro-forma invoice. After receiving your payment, the ordered articles will be shipped immediately. Other payment options are credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Diners) or PayPal without any additional charges. The transfer of your personal information (name, address, credit card information etc.) is carried out through our 128-bit encrypted server which guarantees the maximal security with the transfer of personal data on the internet. If you do not agree with this, you can also communicate your personal information via phone +39 0474 528036. We treat all data as strictly confidential and are exclusively passed on to the credit card institute, if the credit card is the chosen payment option.
For non-European union countries the only payment options are with credit card or PayPal.
7. Prices:
All prices are in EURO, including the legal value added tax. The total amount, shipping costs not included, is displayed in the shopping card before submitting the order. When choosing the payment option, the shipping costs are listed and added to the order. The payment will be due when the order is submitted. This is safe (see SSL). The credit card will only be charged when www.schnitzerei.it accepts the order, processes it and after you have received an email from the SSL system.
